New Series Continuing the John Wick Saga Announced

A new series, set to continue the John Wick saga, has been officially announced. Titled “John Wick: Under the High Table,” the series will delve into the events following the fourth installment of the film series.

The Series Picks Up Right After Chapter Four

The upcoming series will take place immediately after the events of John Wick 4. While Keanu Reeves won’t be starring in the series, he is expected to be actively involved. The series synopsis reveals that John Wick has left the High Table crime organization in a precarious position. Loyal characters from the series will strive to maintain the old world order, while new characters will emerge, seeking to make a name for themselves.

Creative Team Behind the Series

Robert Levine, known for his work on FX’s “The Old Man,” is set to produce and write the series. Chad Stahelski, the director of the John Wick films, will direct the pilot episode and join as an executive producer alongside Reeves. While the cast is yet to be confirmed, the series promises a blend of familiar and new characters.

Production and Distribution

Stahelski and his team are developing the series under a deal with Lionsgate. Currently in the marketing phase, there is no confirmed news about which network or platform will ultimately air the series.
